Tom Yam Bihun

Ingredients:
a. 200g dried bihun (rinsed)
b. 45g Tom Yam paste
c. 25g dried shrimps or anchovies (rinsed)
d. 10g garlic (5g for sambal, 5g for stir fry vegetables)
e. 30g olive oil (20g for sambal, 10g for stir fry vegetables)
f. 5g fish sauce
g. 1 onion (sliced)
h. vegetables (cabbage/ carrots/ capsicum, etc)
i. fish cakes
j. bean sprouts
k. 1 teaspoon sea salt

Steps:
1. Chop 5g garlic. 5 sec / Speed 5

2. Add oils, dried shrimps, Tom Yam paste, big onion to saute 6 mins / Varoma / Reversed speed 1.

3. Take out sauteed Tom Yam sambal. Mix with fish sauce and place in Varoma dish.

4. Weigh in 400g water into TM bowl to steam the bihun. 25 mins / Varoma / Speed 2.

5. Remove Varoma unit. Set aside.

6.  Chop remaining garlic 5 sec / Speed 5. Scrape down garlic from the side.

7.  Add oil to saute. 5 mins / Varoma / Reversed speed 1

8. Add in vegetables plus salt. 5 mins / Varoma / Reversed spoon. Last 30 seconds, add in bean sprouts.

9. Transfer cooked vegetables into steamed bihun.
