Ingredients:
a. white rice
b. pork fillet/ minced pork or any meat
c. dried scallops (rinsed till soft)
d. dried oysters (rinsed till soft)
e. white pepper powder
f. salt
g. spring onions
h. boiling water
i. any other ingredients such as potatoes/ groundnuts, etc
Steps:
1. Put the rinsed white rice, scallops and oysters into mixing bowl, cook with boiling water together with oyster water and scallops water ( 1 5 mins / 98C/ Reversed Speed 1 )
2. Add in meat (any meat) or any ingredients such as potatoes. Add in white pepper powder and salt, cook 5 mins / 98C/ Reversed Speed 1.
3. The congee is cooked now! Garnish with spring onions and served.
