Ingredients:
a. 350g chicken (cut)
b. 10g light soy sauce
c. 5g dark soy sauce
d. 5g oyster sauce
e. 1 teaspoon salt
f. 5g rock sugae
g. 10g shallots
h. 5g garlic cloves
i. 10g honey
j. 10g rice wine (optional)
Steps:
1. Marinate the chicken by mixing ingredients (a) to (e) for 30 minutes.
2. Place ingredients (f) to (h) into mixing bowl, chop Turbo / 1 sec / 1 time. Scrape down sides with spatula.
3. Add marinated chicken and marinate, cook 14 mins / Varoma / Reversed Speed 1.
4. Add honey and rice wine, mix 30 mins / Varoma / Reversed speed 1.
