Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:
a. Minced pork meat
b. Carrots
c. Onions and shallots
d. Garlic cloves
e. Spaghetti (half pack)
f. 250g spaghetti sauce
g. olive oil
h. 800g water
i. salt

Steps:
1. Place carrots, onions and garlic into mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec / Speed 6.

2. Add olive oil. Saute minced pork 8 mins / 120 C / Reversed speed 1.

3. Add sauce, cook 15 mins / 100 C / Reversed speed 1.5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean mixing bowl.

4. Place water, salt and 10g olive oil into mixing bowl. Cook 10 mins / 100 C / Speed 1.

5. Add spaghetti through hole of mixing bowl lid, cook 10 to 20 mins (preferably 15 mins) / 100 C / Reversed speed 1.

6. Drain spaghetti with Varoma dish and transfer into the bowl with bolognese sauve. Mix well, serve hot.
