Ingredients:
a. 3 garlic cloves
b. 1 big onion (sliced)
c. 1 red chili (sliced)
d. 100g meat (sliced)/ anchovy
e. oil
f. 300g pumpkin (shredded)
g. 1 carrot (shredded)
h. salt (1 tablespoon)
i. pepper (1 tablespoon)
j. cabbage
Steps:
1. Rinse bihun for 30 minutes.
2. Place garlic into TM bowl. 5 sec / Speed 6.
3. Add in oil and meat. Saute 3 mins / 120 C / Speed 1.
4. Add in pumpkin and carrot. Saute 3 mins / 120 C / Reversed spoon.
5. Add in water, salt and pepper. Cook 5 mins / 120 C / Reversed spoon.
6. Add in chili, bihun and cabbage. Fry 4 mins / Varoma / Reversed spoon.
