Ingredients:
a. 150g rice (a cup)
b. Marinated fish
c. Dried scallops
d. 1200 ml water
e. white pepper powder (1 tablespoon)
Ingredients for marinate:
f. Fish
g. Sesame oil (2 tablespoon)
h. Light soy sauce (2 tablespoon)
Steps:
1. Marinate the fish using sesame oil and light soy sauce. At the same time, soak dried scallops in hot water for 10 minutes.
2. Pour water, scallops and rice into the mixing bowl and cook 15 min/ 100C/ Speed 3. Put simmering basket on top instead of measuring cup.
*Be creative. Add in vegetables along in step 2.
3. Add in marinated fish and cook 5 min/ 100C/ Reverse Spoon.
4. Add in pepper and mix. Serve immediately.
