Ingredients:
a. 100g minced pork meat
b. 30g shallots (2-3 pieces)
c. 20g garlic (3-4 cloves)
d. 10g dark soya sauce
e. 10g sugar
f. 20g cooking oil
g. tofu (1-2 Japanese tofu)
h. spring onions
Steps:
1. Blend shallots and garlic. Turbo 2 sec/ 1 time
2. Insert butterfly, saute minced pork without Measuring cup. 5 mins / 120 C / Speed 0.5. Discard excessive gravy.
3. Add cooking oil, dark soya sauce and sugar. 3 mins / 120 C/ Reversed speed 0.5
4. Add tofu with 60g water. 4 mins / 120 C/ Reversed speed 0.5
5. Garnish with spring onions.
