Ingredients:
a. Garlic cloves
b. Silken tofu
c. Minced meat (marinated with light soy sauce, white pepper powder, rice wine)
d. sesame oil
e. oyster sauve
f. chili bean paste sauce
g. salt
Steps:
1. Chop garlic 3 sec / Speed 5.
2. Saute oil and marinated meat for 5 mins/ 120 C/ Speed 2.
3. Put butterfly. Add in silken tofu, oyster sauce, chili bean paste sauce, salt, and sesame oil. Cook 5 mins / 100 C/ Reversed spoon.
4. Garnish with spring onions.
