ABC 通心粉汤

材料： a. 水（盖过网锅） b. 25g 洋葱（切块） c. 60g 番茄（切块） d. 15g 江鱼仔（洗净） e. 鸡肉（去骨切丁） f. 75g 马铃薯 g. 25g 红萝卜（切丁） h. 通心粉（半包-大约250g) i. 鸡精粉（半块） j. 白胡椒粉 k. 青葱步骤： 1. 将水、洋葱和番茄放入主锅内。置入网锅，加入江鱼仔至网锅内，以25分钟/ 100 C/ 速度1 烹煮。 2. 加入马铃薯和红萝卜至主锅内，以5分钟/ 100 C / Reversed Spoon 烹煮。 3. 加入鸡肉，以5分钟/ 100 C / Reversed Spoon 烹煮。 4. 加入通心粉、鸡精粉和白胡椒粉，依据包装指示时间（10分钟）/ 100C/ Reversed Spoon烹煮。 5. 洒上葱花装饰点缀，趁热享用。

Dried Oyster Scallops and Lean Meat Congee 干贝蚝鼓瘦肉粥

Ingredients: a. white rice b. pork fillet/ minced pork or any meat c. dried scallops (rinsed till soft) d. dried oysters (rinsed till soft) e. white pepper powder f. salt g. spring onions h. boiling water i. any other ingredients such as potatoes/ groundnuts, etc Steps: 1. Put the rinsed white rice, scallops and oysters into mixing bowl, cook with boiling water together with oyster water and scallops water ( 1 5 mins / 98C/ Reversed Speed 1 ) 2. Add in meat (any meat) or any ingredients such as potatoes. Add in white pepper powder and salt, cook 5 mins / 98C/ Reversed Speed 1 . 3. The congee is cooked now! Garnish with spring onions and served.

Oil Free Honey Chicken

Ingredients: a. 350g chicken (cut) b. 10g light soy sauce c. 5g dark soy sauce d. 5g oyster sauce e. 1 teaspoon salt f. 5g rock sugae g. 10g shallots h. 5g garlic cloves i. 10g honey j. 10g rice wine (optional) Steps: 1. Marinate the chicken by mixing ingredients (a) to (e) for 30 minutes. 2. Place ingredients (f) to (h) into mixing bowl, chop Turbo / 1 sec / 1 time . Scrape down sides with spatula. 3. Add marinated chicken and marinate, cook 14 mins / Varoma / Reversed Speed 1 . 4. Add honey and rice wine, mix 30 mins / Varoma / Reversed speed 1 .
